Pilar Maria Macarena Arias

Pilar concentra su interés analítico en el derecho constitucional, el género y el derecho internacional de los derechos humanos.

Se desempeña como ayudante de cátedra en las materias Género y Derechos Humanos, Derecho Constitucional Profundizado y Procesal Constitucional, y Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos en la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), además de haber sido oradora y semifinalista en la 31.ª edición del Concurso Interamericano de Derechos Humanos de la American University, donde su equipo obtuvo el reconocimiento al tercer mejor memorial de víctimas.

Es Abogada con orientación en Derecho Internacional Público por la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).

Pilar focuses her analytical interests on constitutional law, gender, and international human rights law.

She serves as a teaching assistant for Gender and Human Rights, Advanced Constitutional and Procedural Constitutional Law, and International Human Rights Law at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and was a speaker and semifinalist in the 31st Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition at American University, where her team earned the award for the third-best victim's memorial.

She holds a Law degree specializing in Public International Law from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).
